The service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch. The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful buildings and tranquil surroundings. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Could not be improved in any way.

Enjoyed the calm environment with the thermal baths nearby. The massages and treatments provided were excellent and truly relaxing. The pools and pool café were perfect for a leisurely treat after a long day at work.
The accessible room provided was a disappointment. Despite notifying the hotel of my needs, the bathroom was not accessible.

Staying at a hotel with stunning surroundings is always a treat, and this place did not disappoint. the location was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking thermal baths nearby. I loved that they had wheelchairs available for those in need, making it accessible to everyone. the service was top-notch, with excellent massages and treatments. the rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed, including a spacious bathroom. I particularly enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and the pool café. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. the continental spread served at the table was not enough to satisfy my hunger, leaving me wanting more.

Spent xmas in a hotel located in beautiful surroundings, with stunning thermal baths and helpful staff. the massages and treatments provided were top-notch and a real treat. the pools also served as a great place to relax.
Our xmas was ruined by several factors. Even after notifying the property that I was a wheelchair user, I was still given a room that wasn't accessible.
